A 15-minute meal that’s hearty, healthy, and family-approved!
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 lb sliced sirloin or skirt steak
- 4½ cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 3 cups cooked rice (prepared separately in your Instant Pot)
- Seasonings of your choice (season salt, coconut aminos, salt & pepper)
- Coconut oil for searing
👩🍳 Directions:
- Sear the Steak
Melt coconut oil in a hot skillet (about 350°F). Add steak and season as desired. Cook on med-high until your preferred doneness. - Stir in the Veggies
Add frozen veggies directly to the pan. Once they begin to steam, reduce heat to medium and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally—just until tender but still crisp and vibrant. - Serve it Up
Spoon the hot stir-fry over fluffy rice and enjoy!
